Welcome! I'm a self taught artist born and raised in Squamish, BC, now residing in the tiny mountain town of Gold Bridge, BC, with my husband, our two horses and two dogs.

As a child I found a love for animals and a love for art, so naturally I combined the two. Having owned many pets over the years and being surrounded by amazing wildlife, I've had plenty of inspiration and discovered my passion in working with soft pastels. I find that this medium allows me to capture the warmth and character of the animals. Recently I’ve begun to use coloured pencils in my work when I want to create a piece that’s truly alive with an elevated level of realism, particularly in my wildlife work. As of 2024, I’ve taken up photography in order to source out my own reference material for wildlife pieces. All new wildlife artworks are completely my own creative design, from photo to finished piece.
